I’m an experienced, grounded, trauma-informed emotional consultant who has spent decades sitting with people in their most overwhelming and meaningful moments, inside busy clinics, online, and in the deeply human spaces where real life happens.

A Background Built in Real Life, Not Theory Alone

For more than 18 years, I worked in multidisciplinary health clinics supporting people through physical stress, emotional strain, relational overwhelm, and major life transitions. Those years taught me how to:

  • stay steady when someone else feels overwhelmed

  • support people through fear, grief, anger, and uncertainty

  • recognise how stress and trauma patterns show up in the body

  • hear the things people cannot always express out loud

  • remain the grounded presence in a room when everything feels chaotic

I began offering online emotional consulting in 2010, long before it became common. Since then, I’ve supported clients internationally who needed depth, steadiness, and a safe place to explore their internal world.
